- We only accept credit cards.
- Please enter your credit card information as provided during reservation.
- At that time, we will place a hold on your credit card as a guarantee.
*Please be advised that this is only a temporary hold, not a charge. - Payment will be processed from your registered credit card on the reservation date.
- Any additional charges, cancellations, or other fees will also be charged to your credit card.
- Please note that our system does not support debit cards or UnionPay cards.

Your total payment will be determined by the sum of the following charges:

- The customer shall be responsible for any damages exceeding the insurance coverage and deductible amounts.
- Please note that accidents specified in the policy exclusions are not covered by insurance.
To process insurance claims, please report any accident to the police and obtain an accident certificate.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
By enrolling in this program, we will cover the deductible amount (100,000 yen) for vehicle and property damage insurance in case of an accident.

Non-Operation Charge
If the rental car is involved in an accident requiring repairs, we will charge the following amounts as partial compensation for business loss during the repair period:

Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation fees will apply when canceling a reservation:
