First-time customers need to complete member registration through our website.
- A 'Member ID' and 'Password' will be issued, so please keep them safe. After your first use, members can start with reservations using their 'Member ID' and 'Password'.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your reservation is complete.
Please check the contents of the confirmation email. It is recommended to display the email at the rental counter on the day of the rental to ensure a smooth process.

Specific countries that do not issue international driver’s licenses: Regional driver’s licenses (Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Taiwan) are valid if they have Japanese translations approved by the city.

Process from Departure to Return
Rental Process
Store Procedure
Based on your reservation, we will proceed with the procedures, terms and conditions, and important matters.
Contract Creation
We will create a contract with the store, vehicle size, address, etc.
Copy of License
We will receive copies of the driver’s license of all drivers.
Vehicle Operation Instructions and Vehicle Exterior Inspection
We will provide vehicle operation instructions. Please carefully check the vehicle.
Deposit Payment
A deposit of 50,000 yen will be held on your credit card. It will be returned at the time of final settlement upon return.
Departure
Please enjoy your drive safely.
We will rent the car fully fueled, so please return it fully fueled.
Return Process
Fuel, Interior and Exterior Damage
We will check for any damage to the vehicle, fuel, interior, and exterior at the time of return.
Deposit Return
If any excess or additional charges occur, they will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
